Each workforce member is the glue that keeps the self-organizing team together

Each workforce member is the glue that keeps the self-organizing team together

The Code - Episode 3 shows starlings which move synchronously to create spontaneous self-organizing patterns. Quite noticeable is the perfect number 6 in the pattern at 2:27 on the timeline. For the understood safety in numbers, the group of hundreds of these seemingly identical birds follow few simple rules to demonstrate self-organized emergence. Rules common across the entire group, known to each starling intuitively and followed by each religiously.

It would be superfluous to not acknowledge the power of number 6 numerologically.

  • 6 is considered to the be the most harmonious of all single digit numbers.

  • The most important influence of number 6 is its loving and caring nature.

  • Nicknamed the motherhood number, it is all about sacrificing, caring, and protecting others.

  • No family or community can function without the power of the number 6 to keep them together and safe. Glue that keeps a family or community together.

Perhaps embedded in the cosmic design (all mathematics), each starling being a part of a local circle of nearest neighbors, influences and also protects them while being a glue to the other nested circles, offering protection to self, the immediate neighbors and the overall group ; keeping them together and safe ; and emerging harmoniously.

Each starling follows its own inner guidance system for rules and auto-leading them in the same direction.

Its easy to see, if any starling starts disrespecting its own intuition, the immediate nearest neighbor circle will get impacted resulting in the entire system getting impacted.

Every starling forming the system is thus

  • self - aware to follow its intuition

  • empathetic and emotionally intelligent to immediate and near-to distant connections

  • responsible, loving and caring for others by protecting not just self but also others

  • follow the rules of the tribe/system of which they are a part to contribute to the “meaning” of the whole.

  • acknowledge and respect connected-ness for collective emergence

and is happy doing it!

Perhaps a message of us :Your experience of the system to which you belong starts with you and how you interact with the environment with varying possibilities, choices of behavior .
